Spuds were expected to win this, 5 games without a win, home to Swansea...But I see them dropping points next week away to Sunderland.
Tbh Swansea were unlucky, should have gotten a draw I can see Spurs losing to S'Land if they play like that
Look at it this way, we were 10 points behind them and when we were 2 down against Spurs at home it was looking bleak, We responded with 7 straight wins. We are level on points now. It's going to be a tough fight to the end for these CL places. We have to respond against City. And I am confident we can.
Not sure about Villa. They are pretty **** and have lost a few of their good players. QPR away is not looking easy anymore. We found that out yesterday.
But we really shouldn't be that concerned about Spurs doing well, because at the end of the day we still have a good lead over Chelsea, if we came below Spurs that would hurt, but wouldn't hurt that much if we still ended in the top 4 and our chances of being in the top 4 is still looking good.
Still third.. not a good weekend but we had to lose eventually. Not happy with the result but we'll see how much this team has developed by how they respond against City. I fully expect Spurs to come up short at the SoL.
im glad you see it like that..if we perform like we did today we will come away with 3 points but dont let the truth get in the way of your bolox
it wont e easy for us up there..id be happy with a draw as things stand...but i think if we do turn up we can nick 3 points..however spurs dont do things orthodox.
5 points is not a good lead - especially when we have to play them. I think Chelsea will go on a strong run till the end of the season - if Spurs do too, then we are in trouble.
