Explains talk on web that Lambo having surgery and out for season...could have been muddled with Lee. Would like it to be an April Fool joke.
Japanese journalist based in England confirms Tadanari Lee has broken his right metatarsal. Really sad news that is!!
Damn shame, he and Lambert looked good playing together. But hopefully Guly and Sharp can help out Lambert now.
I agree, they complement each other very well. To be fair yesterday was the sort of game that was crying out for Lee. Well lets hope he has a successful recovery period and he's back as soon as possible.
Not true. Tadanari is the one with the long-term injury. Adkins said Lambert was due to play on Saturday but wasn't right in training so not chosen. Expects to have him back for the South Coast Derby.
Lambert is fine! He felt his groin a little last week so was taken off as a precaution, he felt it again on Thursday so was not risked today ahead of next weeks big game. Tadanari Lee: There is no truth in that. Like Chamberlain last season he has a small foot problem but isn't bring risked for obvious reasons! I'm sick of hearing people that are so obsessed with hearing big problems within SFC! You people make me sick. Some of you should actually listen to Nigel Adkins' interviews!
On Sky Sports News yesterday it said "Tadanari Lee Back In Contention" on the Saints v Blackpool team news in the white box at the bottom....
Really this whole situation could be solved by Solent asking Nigel for an injury round-up. Instead they just pursue the Lambert route. Irritating really, I know Rickie is a huge loss, but I would've liked to hear about Tadanari Lee and Frazer Richardson also.
Should be back for next week, me and my brother met him signing autographs he told us little calf niggle.
Go on Solent interview and listen to the bloody interviews and stop fretting over nothing! We have a squad of players remember!
Woah, I am only passing on info from a very reliable source. Someone who keeps in regular contact with Lee and Miyachi. However, if its true and someone has passed on false information then thats absolutely fantastic!! He's a top player and like a lot of people I enjoy watching him play.
Richardson was close to playing, he had last min fitness test before the Blackpool game. Think he will be back against pompey.
