One thing you can`t really fault us on is that we do very well as a team and with a very good team spirit.
I think that is why it looks like cracks are starting to appear at City, very good bunch of players but seem to let their ego``s get in the way of team spirit.
Time will tell though.

 

Looks like Utd will get 20 before we get 19 next year.

To be fair it Carroll had knocked the ball into the open net instead of diving and had Liverpool been given a penalty for the handball then it would have been a different story as you were the better team in the first half.

Maybe he thought there was a loophole where the manager can take the place of the GK should he be sent off, keeping 11 on the pitch.

It varies quite a lot. When I see that we're playing good football and making chances but not scoring, I can hardly blame him. He can't put the ball in the net himself.
Conversely, some of his selections and tactics baffle me at times. If a player is doing well - Carroll, Maxi, Shelvey - you'd expect them to have a good run in the team, but it rarely happens here. While Henderson and Adam have had a fair crack at it and been pretty average, there are players waiting to be thrown in who rarely are. Similarly, if we're down 2-0, as we were today, why bring off Shelvey, playing in an attacking role, for Downing and leave Spearing, in a defensive role, on? And even then Downing was played down the right. Kenny has never, IMO, been good with subs. He leaves it far too late and often makes the wrong choice.

I think he deserves to see the season out, and see what the situation is.

 

No point in Utd fans wumming Lfc fans, the club as a whole seem to be doing a good job all by themselves at the moment.
