We haven't got 4th yet so lets not make comments that could come back to haunt us at the end of the season as Chelsea are more then capable of catching us but we're also capable of going on a winning run so its gonna be tight!

I've seen Spurs go gradually downhill from a peak very early on. They do look to have gotten progressively more tired to me, certainly. They have a high energy style and the starters haven't gotten much rest. Meanwhile Arsenal, the one team with no extra games and the freshest legs, have shot up in the standings, and I don't think it's coincidence.

Now they're on the upswing, and I can only hope it will last. Surely the odds would favor the current places to carry on, but not, I think, by much. There's no reason why any of these teams won't go on a considerable winning or losing streak. The Chelsea Arsenal game is huge. Chelsea has to have it, I think, to get a top four spot, and Arsenal winning would really up the odds of their finishing third.

I think I did, not 100% though as I had QPR losing most of their games.

I really questioned this as I thought how different it looked to how it is now. - there's some big points gaps in there. Then i realised, that 8 games is still a massive chunk of the season, yet to play.

Looks a bit odd to me, but i've been fair on results. a prime example is gap that Newcastle will have below chelsea because their run in consists of: Liverpool, Swansea, Stoke, Chelsea, everton and city. - ouch. (+1 other)

Wolves were another. on paper their fixtures are just ridiculous. so much so, that I've got them down to not pick up another point. Now, they will i'm sure, but still... i don't know where it's coming from! perhaps on the final day, when it's too late. (away stoke, home arsenal, away sunderland, home man city, away swansea, home everton, away wigan.)

Us to pip arsenal to 3rd. just.

So, difficult question time. Did we all have 3 points for Spurs today? If so and we don't win are we all saying 4th?

  13. I'm going for us winning most of our games, including this one.

If we don't win today, I think we may struggle for 4th, let alone 3rd.

if we have any sort of aspirations then i dont think we even need a team talk from now on..we should want it and bust some balls getting it.....if we dont get it we didnt deserve it.

That would be so sweet! Add a couple of goals against Villa and keep Blackburn up and it would be perfect.

Villa are dreadful, one of the worst, most pointless teams there has ever been in this league as what do they offer? cant think of any positives, and their manager is as dull as they come, would be nice to see them relegated and stuck in the championship for a few years.

Villa rely heavily on Petrov, they could well fall apart, their next few games are going to be difficult.
