Anyone seen the Battle: Los Angles movie yet?

    I'm thinking of seeing it this weekend as my dad has been gaggin to see it.

    Is it any good?

    It looks like a mix between Cloverfield and War of the Worlds to me

    it was ****ing terrible

    starts off with typical "ahhh aliens overrunning us and are too coordinated/advanced"

    Then somehow it translates into a group of american commando's going ape-**** and dropping a few aliens a second. It's reminiscent of a harlem globetrotters game

    But it's entertaining

    As a film - it's terrible, as Rumsfeld said, it's a 2011 version of Independence Day (America saves the day, the rest of the world are incompetent) no storyline, no decent dialogue, cheesy and unnecessarily emotional in too many places...

    BUT

    For non stop action, it's entertaining, lots of explosions, lots of deaths, big guns and bad guys!

    Basically - does exactly what it says on the tin!
