Celtic don't sing sectarian songs. They are angles. Rangers fans are vile scum. The famine song is Rangers fans wishing ethnic cleansing of the Irish desendants. Rangers fans are all fascists. This is Rhebelbhoys view.
I'm now interested to hear what sectarian songs Celtic fans sing, especially the ones that are sung at Parkhead by practically the whole stadium. I must confess I don't think i've heard any.
i'm with Dev. I am aware of their existence but I haven't heard them in grounds or pubs....anywhere for that matter in a long long time. The last time was in a bar in London 7-8 years ago. Maybe more
Fair enough if you havent heard them - but it does happen and regular. Please dont delude yourselves into thinking you guys can take the moral high ground here. I heard them at the last old firm game from Celtic fans... Nuff said.
Look, i'll be honest, I don't know 99% of the Celtic songbook so you will have to spell it out. Which songs sung by Celtic fans are sectarian?
Surely generally, Celtic fans don't like Prods and Rangers fans don't like feni...Catholics, whats the big deal?
I just told you I don't know any so this is the part where you tell me what it is, what the lyrics are, when you heard it last and how many were singing it. I will then do my research and come back to you.
dev no need for research or even a reply. let me google an example or 2. Im sure BH can help me out too. If you are being sincere then you have lived a sheltered life.
Does it make me a bigot if I'm reading the newspaper and the guy in the story is called Declan O'Mally and I think fenian bastard?
