    I have found the answer to our goal scoring woes.

    Our players have been struggling to find the net, and keep hitting the posts.

    They seem to be struggling to compose themselves when it comes to taking the reward. They seem so scared of not scoring that they hit the post.


    So....


    We tell our players that every time they hit the posts they get £100,000.

    So when ever they get the chance to hit the post they crumble under the pressure and put it in the net instead!

    Its fool proof!!

    £200,00 for shooting wide.

    £300,00 for at the keeper.

    £1million for the upper tear.
