I heard a rumour it was 12.15 or sonmething like that? No confirmation yet though. I NEED TICKETS!!!!
12.15? 6pm would have been better, all league games will be finished by then and it gives LFC/EFC supporters plenty of time to get there and enjoy the day.
Confirmed Details for both ties at Wembley have been finalised. The Football Association has confirmed the kick-off times for The FA Cup with Budweiser Semi-Final fixtures at Wembley Stadium next month. The weekend starts with the Merseyside derby on Saturday 14 April, with Liverpool v Everton at 12.30pm on ESPN. It will be the third time that both clubs have met each other at Wembley Stadium in the competition with Liverpool winning FA Cup Finals against the Toffees under the old twin towers in 1986 and 1989. The Merseyside giants have featured in a colossal 46 Semi-Finals between them, with the Goodison Park side edging Liverpool 24-22. Liverpool have won The FA Cup seven times, most recently at the Millennium Stadium in 2006 while the last of Everton’s five wins came in 1995. Sunday 15 April sees yet another derby under the arch, with Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea at 6pm on ITV1. The two clubs featured in the first all-London FA Cup Final in 1967 but this will be the first time that Spurs and Chelsea have met each other in an FA Cup Semi-Final. Spurs have won The FA Cup eight times, most recently in 1991, while Chelsea’s six wins include three at the new Wembley – 2007, 2009 and 2010. Both clubs have featured in an impressive 37 Semi-Finals between them with Chelsea leading the way with 19 appearances under their belt. The winners receive £900,000 from The FA Cup Prize Fund while the losing clubs will earn £450,000
The FA never learn, they should have reversed the times(not the dates)for the games,an all London semi-final played in London could and should be the early kick off.
Selfish, I know- but I'm chuffed. I've got something on at half six which I just can't get out of so the early kick off suits me fine.
Chelsea and Spurs have a history of violence between eachother and them playing early would have been a sensible decision by the police. But they probably just want 80+000 scousers out of London 30hrs before the London derby, either that or they're worried about hubcaps vanishing.
They're what we have instead of those mad spinny things you lot have What time's kick off for you Bluff if it's half 12 here?
or pop over to the Irish pub " Molly malones" to watch the game, get an irish/british style breakfast and beer/ bailey's coffee to watch the game
