    I was going to relocate a few hundred mackems there to bring down the property prices a fair bit before buying it.

    I see a small flaw in your plan, wouldn't you end up living next to several hundred Makems? Wouldn't that be like living in Washington just sunnier? <laugh>

    With the spare change I get from the property devaluation scheme I'll buy them Tripoli. It will seem like an improvement to Sunderland.
