But following the decision of Dundee Utd to charge fans more money to be let in to see the rearranged game against Rangers a few years ago after the initial one had been abandoned: http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/footba...dee-united-over-replayed-game-86908-21828137/ Rangers supporters have decided that they're going to use their money to pay Dunfermline the money Rangers owe them, but that Dundee Utd can go whistle: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17543328
so as sky subscribers can we choose which Murdoch League clubs our money props up? as licence payers, can we define what our radio station constitutes local?
not at all. we just have a radio station that relates more to our locality. i d sooner know about, york, scarboro, leeds and even middlesboro than wisbeach, lincoln and waneby, laneby and kaneby. Where are these places anyway?
Erm no, I don't really see your point. Completely different argument. You know what you are signing up to when you subscribe to Sky. If you don't like it, cancel your subscription. Simples. This is money that the Rangers fans have collected, to help contribute to pay off some of their debts, why shouldn't they decide where the money goes? Do you live in a parallel universe?
A universe where all the world's problems are caused by the PL and it has to come up on every thread, yes.
I actually agree, but having seen the reaction on some Scottish football forums I thought I'd avoid having a thread title that defended them in case every non-Rangers/Dunfermline fan on the board decided to come and call me a **** for saying the Rangers fans weren't vile petty small minded scum for doing it. It'll pay the manager's compensation having sacked him a couple of weeks ago. I think even you'd be struggling to be positive if we'd had their home form this season. (One home game left before the split and they still haven't won at East End Park this season)
