Anyone else now a little worried about Chelsea?

Hopefully a bore 0-0 draw to sap the excitement out of Chavski

At the moment? They have been sh*t all season! I have no idea how they are not in the relegation zone - awful manager and thanks to him they are a useless team!

People acting as if the AC/Barca game is a done deal... may I remind you that the last two games between them were 2-2 and 2-3?

Given the inconsistency of all three London clubs this season, anything could happen still. Fortunately for Spurs and Arsenal I think Chelsea winning the CL is the most unlikely of these but it is probably their best chance of a CL spot as they can theoretically do it without even winning another game.
Obviously if Arsenal's current run is a sign of their real form then they will hang on to third in some comfort. But if they end the season like they ended last season then they will struggle to stay ahead of Chelsea, never mind Spurs. Nice to see some proper excitement at this stage of the season even if some of us will end very disappointed.

We are still playing better than them, on a winning run and have little pressure. Add to the fact that the majority of our players are back from injury, they have to come to the Emirates and they have an aging squad that is struggling to maintain their performances. What is there to be scared about?

Well barca should win and always have the potential to destroy any team. However milan wont be beaten before they go onto the pitch like english teams. And they match up well vs barca who have also been inconsistant this year

Why on earth would you be worried about Chelsea ?? who have they played to instil this fear ? Benfica were poor last night and Chelsea couldn't beat Tottenham at home.

There is not a chance in hell that Chelsea will beat Barcelona - a Barcelona I expect to thump AC Milan across 2 legs at this moment in time.

Forget Barca, Chelsea will get beaten by any top side at the moment. They have the easiest run of any side (bar Real) and will be out of every competition soon. Time has run out for the pensioners.....

Some of you gooners need to pipe the **** down <laugh> most of you were crucifying Wenger a couple of months ago, now after 6 games it's perfectly fine.

We aren't in the CL to make up the numbers, lazurus - the fact you just said we've had an 'easy run' in the CL has lost all credibility you may have had <doh>, it seems like a few of you are very bitter we have one foot in the semis of the CL, are IN the FA cup semis and you lot aren't in anything!

Ignore us at your peril, I hope your players have this same attitude of us being completely written off come April 21st.

Not true Drogs, most Arsenal fans were not crucifying Wenger, only a small but VERY vocal minority.

Chelsea have the same semi so why is it an issue for us and not them. And we just played them in the league. All our games now are winnable (not to say we will them all of course).

Drogs - it doesn't matter what happened yesterday <ok>

When Wenger was being crucified he was being a total nut job - along with the board. It took the worst start in 58 years to smack some sense into them. Wenger has addressed MOST of the issues, this coincides with our climb up the table. This has pacified most. Had Wenger NOT addressed the issues he would still be getting crucified now.

Common sense really, your point sounds like sour grapes because Chelsea are sliding backwards <ok>

I said it many times before, Chelsea are no threat, you have been as bad as us this season, the difference is, I can see massive improvements in the Arsenal team, I don't see any in the Chelsea team - I rate Spurs as more of a threat than Chelsea.

This isn't the Chelsea of Mourinho, this is the Chelsea who are 8 points behind us.

I'm not saying we'll win anything but you're all COMPLETELY writing a team in (possibly) 2 semi finals.

We are writing off Chelsea because they are playing quite awefully of recent. I don't think you could think of a worst Chelsea side since the Abramovich years.....

Wrong again, since Robbie took over we've played awful once - against Tottenham. We've only lost once and that was against the hardest place in the Prem to travel to.

You can't base a season on a few games. However, if Chelsea can maintain this run then it would make it interesting, as you are in the business end of your season. The real test will come when you play another top team and then assess how well you are going. That test is just around the corner at the Emirates, just pray that "your resurgence" continues....

Absoulte rubbish mate. Wenger and the board have not altered their approach significantly at all this season. Other than some tactical tweaks (which would happen anyway according to how games go and which personell are available) Wenger has employed the same approach as he did at the start of the season.

The reason for our two blips during the season (Wenger's words not NOT crisis) was (1) Right at the start we had new players thrown together due to injuries (2) Injuries to key players (3) loss of form of some of our best players i.e. Walcott. (4) lack of confidence and making PREVENTABLE mistakes.

I told you time and time again that we were never that far off from turning losses and draws into wins, once our key players returned and regained form - and when we took control of the mistakes that we were making; when some of you were acting like <diva> and calling for Wenger to be sacked, Walcott to be sold, the board to be fired, threatening to chain yourselves to the gates etc etc.

You crucified Wenger unncecessarily - Had we listened to the Wenger out brigade, we would have plunged this club into the crisis that some of you were over exaggerating about - If we had sacked him when the knives were out, you can bet your bottom dollar that we wouldn't currently be sitting in 3rd.

Some of you need to eat humble pie and admit that you called it wrong <ok>

Wenger and co clearly made mistakes, before and during the season, to say otherwise is incorrect. I for one never asked for Wenger to be sacked or Walcott to be sold. Wenger has identified the need to get results and has altered our playing style by playing more direct and utilising Walcott's skills. This has pleased me as it looks like he's becoming less stubborn. I just hope he continues this and with his other promises next season.
