NASS, I wonder how much the Andrew Balding horse is going to improve in the last now that they have applied the visor ;-)
Wouldn't surprise me, think its just a dog mind Backed the Fahey horse, think its one of those that could go off at 15/8 if they go for it. BOG at 4/1
Ran a very eyecatching debut mate over an inadequate trip but ran a bit of a stinker on softish ground last time out. What are Teofilio's like on dirt? or polyfilla or whatever Kempers is these days?
He has four winners on the surface, but more interestingly he is 2 from 3 with horses running over 10f or more
tHAT mACdONALD mOR'S dam won the L'Abbaye for Christ sake. Wiggy may have picked up a real steal there at 6.5K. What was Simcock doing running it over ten furlongs. Will have my eye on that one for sure. Good spotting Nass. http://www.attheraces.com/VideoConsole/?va=WND_2011_06_25_01_1425 Legless in the final furlong!
He ran a belter at Goodwood NASS and that form has worked out stunningly well. Been dropped 9lb by the handicapper in the last two runs since stepping up in trip. Third trainer now though and surprising that Wigham isnt trying to get it an even better mark. Looks well in but as you know it needs to be gambled to have any sort of chance!
No I agree. The usual Wigham ploy would be to run it again over too far. They could be that confident that they are going for it first time up, its been in the yard for several weeks so they will know what they have. Been gelded since too. Only nag at the moment is the apparent lack of interest in the market. Maybe its a morning of the race plunge thats planned. I cant believe they wouldnt go for a touch with this horses profile.
