The League is your bread and butter. Think this means in the eyes of one of Liverpools most famous sons aswell as in the eyes of almost every football fan the league title trumps all. Hell for the vast majority of football history you had to win the league to actually have a chance of winning the big european cup. So with United being the holder of the most league titles, we are without any shadow of doubt the best team ever in English football. Also the table in question, does it take into account Man Utd were formed in 1902 after Newton Heath went bust or does it count those games as NH?
