I hope I am wrong too but I like any other fans suspect that we are right. The WBA - Newcastle Match brought home today how far we have fallen behind. Their attack force makes ours like some reserve one. What is also beginning to grate is the sort of nonsense that Kenny is starting to release in his interviews. He talks about the wrong things. He talks about sponsorship deals (which embarrasses fans) about fatigue about playing youngsters. But he is the manager. He decides whether the youngsters are ready or not. He is starting to sound like Houllier whose post match interviews were bizarre and grated with e fans. Kenny's saying tht those who focus on the league performance lack intelligence is nt helpful either.
Show me the 'evidence' that he is? You cant carl because if im right or you are it'll be kept in house,so therefore you've got your view and i've got mine mate.
WTF I am sorry you made a statement YOU show th evidence. You can't go along and make all sorts of accusations and say 'give me the evidence that I am wrong'. Yes it is your opinion but there is nothing which would lead to us thinking that the top brass is not very supportive of him.
They may be very supportive of him but it doesn't mean they aint sticking their oar in. My evidence is John Henry saying he is involved in transfers and not just the financial aspect, and that John Henry and the board decided the buy English/British policy which restricts KD's scope. Those two examples are not helping someone that wants to run the football side of the club his way.
I think we are reading too much (or what we wish to read) into these articles. His involvement may just mean financial matters. Can anyone believe that a businessman who has very little knowledge of English football will interfere with Kenny's purchases? This is not credible and I think it is wrong to blame the owners who have provided lots of financial support. No one else can be blamed.
Cant be arsed arguing carl because its been done and dusted on this thread, but here's an interview with John Henry at the start of this season. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...-the-club-before-his-overhaul-at-Anfield.html My take on it is that he's getting over involved in football matters and he admits he wants a hands on part of running all aspects of the club(just as he does at The Redsox). But theres some with your view that want him sacked and theres those of us that dont,we're all entitled to our opinions including me.
Is KENNY good enough to manage a great club like ours? quite simply NO and never will be im afraid....
