How about picking 3 in each for the double, or something?

I'll probably back 3 in each race anyway Ron, but will wait for final decs in each case. Attempting the double ante-post when you don't even know who is running must be suicide

I am just delighted the flat is starting again, really excited.

Frankel appears to really be staying in training (was certain would have a setback and call it off)
    Dickie has retired
Channel four have got the coverage
Emma Spencer is still beautiful and you just can't get her to turn up for work in the winter, lazy minx.
How many more reasons do you need?

As for the Lincoln i am going for Eton forever and Askaud, you have got to respect Fury but if my memory from last year serves me he is supposed to have ability in abundance but just does not actually like racecourses. They may well have sorted that out but until i see it i can't be having a short Lincoln price. Eton forever however is proven on the track, proven to come to hand early and has a trainer who does not often miss when he really wants to hit, Askaud i still feel is reasonably handicapped and at 20-1 worth a bet but not sure the track will suit.

Just looked at all the runners in the Lincoln. Might have a look to see what's running at Blackpool instead.

Sorry about that Ravanelli and Corrigan.

Stick two outsiders for the national I like if they line up are Smoking Aces (100-1) and Apt Approach but tbh I reckon the fav will piss it if he runs after that GC win

Isnt Apt Approach a bit of a mudlark RV? Cant be having the fav as I will be amazed if he gets round.
My outsider is Alfa Beat @ 50-1.

He is indeed Stick but its never good ground in Ireland lol.If he lines up I will be interested in him. Alfa Beat is a good call. Tatenen is also an outsider with a chance imo

I won't be backing anything until the day after the National.

There will be a strong word on the winner of both races on here by then and corks popping by the man who "tipped" both..

Are we referring to Synchronised or Prince De Beauchene as 'the National favourite'? I'll be amazed if the first named gets round but am increasingly coming to the conclusion that the last named has one outstanding chance.

You can add my name to the Fury list too. I thought he would improve for another year when I saw him in before the Guineas and now he's been gelded and dropped to a decent mark he has to be worth a play.
