This week saw the withdrawal of 3 new players who posted a couple of week ago, the return of Sweep, a Triple-Dare, a player who forgot to play his Multi-Card and, for the second week running, a player who got one of the attendances spot on! Saint Bazzra, Dellboy462 and Saint_Ford have unfortunately left us after only posting for one week, which means there are only a few Red lines in the table again. We offer a very warm welcome to our defending champion, Richisonthebus34 (Sweep), who has rejoined us at the bottom of the table, but is already on the climb. This is thanks mainly to Singing Blue 3, who played a Triple-Dare. Saintrichie123 came 3rd and his score had to be trebled. Singing saw the Dare backfire as he only managed 2nd, which sees his total doubled. Sweep came top, so his total is unaffected and he climbs above the other 2in the table. I am the Herminator is the next one in his sights. Hermy forgot his multicard and suffered penalties for doing so. There is now a gap of almost 38,000 points between him and chinasaint. Congratulations to Wooperts_duck who, with his 3 little ducks, scored exactly zero for match 2, with the attendance of 25,222. The best weekly score was a superb 5,704 by chinasaint, who closes the gap on 5th spot, now occupied by devonFRATTONiser, who got the worst score (Triple-Dares aside). Pompey_Fan_London has extended his lead over Penshawdave at the top by a further 1,261 points, while saintrichie123 is now propping us all up and is 34,723 adrift, after falling foul of Singing's Triple-Dare. Congrats Devo on your 10 out of 12 predictions. You go into the record book !! 31999 12599 J 17499 7799 6299 M 799 P Just finished the bets for next weekend. I might back a few of yours !!!
That's 9 out of 10 scores posted with the maximum 30% discount. Don't worry Hermy, there's still 20% discount if you post today and you don't have any Double or Triple-Dares to worry about. Pompey_Fan_London will have a nervous eye on the number through the turnstiles at the Kassam Stadium as he has three Multi-Cards against fixture 5, meaning his match score will have to be multiplied by 18 (36 if he has guessed over!) Four players have ventured outside the 1st 2 matches with their Penalty Cards; Penshaw in particular calculating that the low turnout at Bath will see his x6 (or x12) score yielding acceptable damage levels. As the 7th Doctor used to say; "Time will tell. It always does!"
All entries are now in. As well as Pompey_Fan_London having a x18 (or x36) on match five, I am the Herminator, is in the same position in match 3, thanks to his own Penalty Card (x3), chinasaint's Multi-Card (x3) and Sweep's Joker (x2). The most card-heavy games are matches 1 and 5. Wooperts_duck is the only one with no cards against him in match 1 and I am the Herminator is the only one in that position in match 5. If any-one new wishes to join, please feel free.
