Thanks, you've still got to admit he's a twat though <ok>

In fairness I didn't say he was a pundit.

Haha. I didn't mind him when he presented Working Lunch, but his face was bloody everywhere after a while.

I was just pointing it out mate <ok> He's more of a music man than a football man.

Yeah, haven't listened to his radio shows in all honesty, but I just don't think he should have that Motd2 job. Spectacularly little to offer in terms of football talk (but neither do the pundits really apart from maybe Dixon who I don't think is bad). I appreciate that it's meant to be light-hearted but it's just not funny so it fails really. Suppose I just shouldn't watch it but I'd rather keep BBC's coverage going as poor as it can be instead of the likes of ITV, who had that godawful abomination 'The Premiership' a little while back.

Anyone who thinks HBA lacks technique needs their head checking. HBA lacks teamwork (which he is massively improving on), the ability is clearly there.

His teamwork was great today, he needs to improve on deciding when to play from the back and when to hoof clear, not giving the ball to Simmo or Willo and picking which defenders to run at.

I'm obviously biased towards Dixon, for the work he did for us over the years, but i really hate savage. I can't understand why he hates Arsenal so much.

Worse than that, I'm growing to think Gary Neville is a good pundit <yikes><yikes><yikes><yikes><yikes><yikes><yikes><yikes><yikes>

A lot of people like Gary neville. I still think he's an almighty tosser.

No doubt he's a tosser, but a good pundit. Knows his stuff, and played recent enough to know how most players play. And he isn't biased towards Manure.

I think Gary Neville is a class pundit and I actually like Robbie Savage too, although I thought he was working for ESPN or something.

Got back and helped out and made a good defensive tackle early on.

it is true though...the english produce plodders...having been through schools and colleges representing the football teams...all i noticed was big fat kunts shouting..'on mi fukin ed' and then getting whipped by players of foreign decent...asian,european etc.

    this is bloody true.

they dont like skill in the institutions..they like plodders....most of the english players lack natural flair...they are recruited for their size and power potential..not skill...no way can anyone say that skill is the emphasis.

those that lack height, power but have skill wont make it here.

nothing that an english player posseses is a gift that is nurtured...its more a case of...fine tuning the physical aspect of them so that we got teams full of big pushy basterds with not much going on upstairs.

To be honest I think you have to take Murray with a pinch of salt. He gets quite a few things wrong every week! Not my cup of tea but he is supposedly very popular since taking over MOTD2. Very light hearted, winding down weekend show.

Benni is just ****ing awesome. He's been well managed by Pardew who has managed to calm his over exuberance to impress in order to get the best from him. He had a bad one which saw him miss a boat load of footy, and Pardew has cleverly helped him back. I just hope we can hold onto him because he looks the type who can be anything he wants, he is that talented. He was running past players like schoolyard football at times, you're not supposed to do that to PL players.

Wasnt he talking about Ben Arfa running with the ball more than running about, which is what fans love, that why people love/loved watching players like Messi, George Best, Gazza and Maradona el al.

I actually prefer Chiles to Murray, knew his football and never let his love of West Brom overshadow anything important like Murrays Liverpool bummage.

As far as the Beeb goes I quite like Martin Keown who is far more intelligent than he looks, and Gary Neville is by far the best pundit on tv. Far less cliches and actual knowledge of modern day football, Keys and Grays sacking is the best thing that could happen to Sky.
