Lennons tactics to blame im afraid. Matthews should have been right back, Ledley left. Ki on bench, Hooper and Stokes up front, Sammy wide left. And possibly a start for Commons. Once again Neil shows he is niave at times. And i know its all very well to say this after the event but i was not confident with the starting line up.
Four minutes injury time. Takes Rangers 90 seconds to take a free kick plus Celtic make a substitution and he blows after 3m 50s.
He had about 11 fouls Anyway, a bit of spirit at the end, but jesus, that was ****ing rank. One team wanted it soooooo much more.
agree ; last seasons circumstances made it impossible for anything other than him staying, winning a title changes all that.
2 of their goals, they celebrated with the fans. No bookings lol get it up them. Have the game. Only win by one goal playing against 9 men? World and wife beaters lolz
Ah well, should have shown that spirit they showed in the last 5 minutes from the start. Rangers were hungrier and deserved the win!! The ****s!!
Not too downhearted, we had another poor game but by **** the 2 late goals for us sure took the wind out of a few sails. I said before the game I did not think we'd win and I also kinda hoped we would'nt to avoid any trouble, watching the Celtic crowd they looked to feel the same as I did. A dead rubber of a game and a win at Ibrox was only an excuse for a gloating. My only concern was near the end when a potential 5 or 6 zip was looing to be on the cards, the 2 late goals may have glossed over a poor performance but Rangers performance has glossed over a whole season.
Losing by the odd goal in 5 after being denied a stone wall penalty and going down to 9 men. One of those goals being offside. The same linesman who denied Stokes a 1 v 1 with McGregor. I am sure the same people who said Stokes dived last week will be equally critical of Wallace for taking a dive after minimal contact from Cha. I am sure the same people who defended the bin mans challenge on Kayal will defend Wanayama. Regardless of that, I am going to say the Ref got those two calls correct. Celtic getting a late penalty was the most obvious thing that happened all day. The monkeys deserved their win but will surely acknowledge the tainted nature of their victory.
It's amazing how those two goals change the perception of things. Fact is we were a very poor second best for most of the previous 89 minutes and getting absolutely pumped.
Did I not say I was going back to Girvan? I'd better go before i'm taunted mercilessly by the brains trust. I just cannot take a slagging on an anonymous message board.
