No surprise about the subject of Modric in the article really, not to me anyway, but all written reports I've seen (not just this one), have got 140k/wk...if thats accurate it certainly busts the no money myth some people assume we have. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/25032012/58/premier-league-paper-round-modric-stalls-new-deal.html
In short, I doubt it's true. Modric may well be waiting until the end of the season but that gives him the best chance of getting a big deal, especially if we finish top 4.
Me too somehow, there's little else in the news today though. Modders was angry about his wages being revealed last time IIRC, if so, i just thought it mildly amusing...aswell as probably wrong!
He might do. If he just wants money then he'll probably want to move if they go in for him again. If success is also what he wants then he'll have to change his mind about staying in London. If we win the FA Cup this season I guess we'll find out how much of what he was saying last summer is true.
He'll look awful if he goes to Chelsea this summer. There's no reason to choose them when it's rumoured that united want him. They will pay good money and stand the most chance of winning things. It'll prove it's all money driven as clearly united would be a far better option. As we keep saying, we just need to add to the squad and show intent early in the transfer window, rather than the 11th hour.
says in a report he is waiting to see what the Redknapp situation is and who will replace him as manager if he leaves. So as most of us thought...this rubbish to do with England FC has disturbed our players. get it fkin sorted!!!!
