Tony Fernandes said that today is the first time that he is really 'pissed off' explaining that 'we got to bloddy keep 11 players on the pitch.'
Fernandes went on to back Mark Hughes by saying 'The manager can do nothing if players keep getting sent off and booked. Mark hughes is right guy and he has my support.'

Tony said that QPR's defeat today was nothing to do with luck. Which is absolutely correct, too many times this season have we thrown away points by pressing the self destruct button at the most awful times of a game or season.

The thing is Tone, your manager chose these ill disciplined players and manages them on a daily basis. He hasctobtake some responsibility for their on field actions

Both diakite & cisse have pretty bad disciplinary records in a very short space of time

Tony has every reason to be pissed off. If I was paying these mercenaries a small fortune to represent my business and was so badly let down I would not only be absolutely livid, I would be looking for reparation. The problem is that fining a player a week or two’s wages does not help keep us in the Premier League.

Before this match Cisse had the opportunity to stake a claim for a place in Q.P.R. folklore. If he had continued his goal scoring exploits he could have kept us in the Premier League, but not now. Now it could be argued that he has been the most frustrating player in our history, no mean feat.

I feel very sorry for Tony. He seems a very decent bloke, he doesn’t deserve what Q.P.R. is putting him through. We’ve all had a lifetime to get used to being disappointed by Q.P.R. he has only has a number of months!

Stick with it Tony, there are better days ahead if you do.

Tony, you ****ed up with your choice of Hughes as a manager.

It's not to late to make amends; sack the ****. He's a disaster and arrogant with it.

Do you really think that will make any difference now?

Tony threw everything on Red and its come up Black. What mess will our finances be in next season after relegation? There's been a massive outlay on transfer fees and wages and we'll have to pay-off some of these muppets too, just to get rid of them.

With the way we're set up, its not improbable that we'll be in administration in the not too distant future.

Well said mate. He's done nothing to deserve this lack of delivery and discipline from his employees, and is doubtless surprised by it, nothing like his other businesses. Still think Tony is a top bloke and we are lucky to have him.

Too right we are lucky to have him and Amit and I'm sure that neither are quiters, thank God.

SB, I'm watching Springsteen live at Hammersmith Odeon 1975 to forget the present! Right up your street!

And then replace him with who?

Why is it these days people always look to blame the manager first? (myself included)

Those lower down (players) and those higher up (board) should share the responsibility.

Mark Hughes came in and had less than 2 weeks to observe and pick a squad. I don't doubt that there are many of these players (Barton included) that he doesn't want but is stuck with them. Lambert and Rodgers are in a position where they have been in the job long enough to pick their own players so if they fail, ultimately the buck stops with them.

If you do go down then IMO Barton isn't to blame, Warnock isn't to blame and nor is Hughes. The buck stops with the management and owners. 12 months ago you were a better team than both Norwich and Swansea, with the same core I have no doubt you would have been again. The day you signed Barton was the day I felt you took the wrong approach regarding your transfer strategy.

How? Who would you replace him with? Who would take the job now apart from you, me and anyone else on this forum?

Imaz, I've enjoyed your posts on here, you have clearly lived in lots of interesting places and have a lot of history with the game worldwide.
    But this is bollocks.

To go completely off topic (probably for the best), what a life Steve Van Zandt has had. Guitarist in the E Street Band and then Silvio in The Sopranos. He must have a hell of an autobiography in him.

I'm aware of them, but certainly not an expert. They kept the faith when Springsteen kept changing direction after he realised that he'd lost what made him special in his early days.
