Wow that table is embarassing. Threats need to be followed up on, players not performing need to be threatened with transfers. I'd start with Adam and Downing
I actually think Downing has been better of late, still not at his best but since the Carling Cup final he's been a constant threat.

Well "tiredness" is something he'll have to cope with next season with the amount of extra fixtures the Europa league brings. That's if he's still here by then of course.
