Fact is we are still in with a chance of the play offs...though we all want better being in with a chance is good enough for me . Anything can happen and often does in footy . FFs Barmby give Simpson a chance hopefully with McLean along side...

Can't believe our away support would boo the team, thought the booing was the Leicester fans booing the Ref.

Let's face it we aren't a good side niether would a couple of signings make all the difference, we've got absolutely no depth to the squad, why are Cullen and Cairney in the side? If Dawsons our best left back were fcked, where's the cover for Rosenior? And for that matter Hobbs and Chester?

Yes we need strikers, three preferably, so don't expect too much next season. We'll finish top half if we're lucky.

The lack of Koren is probably what will cost us as much as anything, I thought he would have gone with Brady today but not criticising Cairney as have no idea how he played not being at the match

    Over-reaction of the day.

Cairney is one of the best technical players in this league, the fact he doesn't play often says more about how good Evans and McKenna are than it does about Cairney. I agree about Dawson but he simply isn't our best left-back - the only argument in his favour seems to be experience (in other words he's old). There's other players like Oli, Simpson and Garcia who aren't playing so you can't say we dont have depth. We are a good team overall, it's just the goals thing letting us down. If we were ****e from back to front we'd be in a relegation battle.

He's lazy, one-footed, can't head and thinks that he'll be penalised for playing a forward pass, à la Rugby

By technical I mean at kicking footballs. When he picks a pass or shoots from a free kick, he's one of the best players in this league.

It was just applause from our end and the Leicester fans were too busy singing that really camp gay Ben Marshall song for me to hear any other part of the ground, but it weren't us anyway.

And I agree he's a good passer of the ball, I was just pointing out the many (important) reasons why he shouldn't be in the team.

I upset a couple the other day with my views on Cairney.

I just think he flatters to deceive.

Is there a reason you've asked such a random question?

It's not a random question though is it. It just seems to me that Cairney has been talked about more than any other on this thread. So id just like to know, was todays result down to him.

Thats just bollocks Erik. He is better in the air than Evans or Mckenna. He is the only one of the three who does pass the ball forward, to one of our players. And this bollocks about lefties, oh he cant use his right, tell me when you see Mckenna Evans use their left foot.

Don't address the question to me, I didn't bring him up.

The things I mentioned might be forgivable individually, in separate players, but stick them all into one kid and you have yourself a liability.

Footballers obviously have a preference in terms of which foot they use to play the ball, but most at least take a touch, control the ball, etc with their 'weaker' one. Cairney tries to shift his entire body every time the ball comes towards him just to avoid touching it with his right.
