I have said that I do not want Kenny sacked. So I would be grateful if you do not put words in my mouth or pretend you can read my mind. I am allowed to say what any many fans think despite the PR exercise which Kenny and his team is embarking upon. This forum is for Liverpool fans and not for devotees of Kenny's sect.

We are twenty eight (28) points behind the mancs when we have spent more than them

It was good to win the Carling Cup but since when did a cup like the carling was more important than league performance?

Our team's performance in the prem has been erratic at best and Kenny himself has said he cannot work out what's wrong.

His Purchases have been iffy at best. Can anyone really say that Carroll and Adam are true Liverpool players? It isn't good enough to blame Commolli for this because no one in their right mind would believe that Commolli has a greater say than Kenny in the purchase of players.

The manager must take responsibility for the team's performance. When we win he is happy to take and we are happy to give credit to the manager. But when the team is crap then he is responsible. He is responsible for all the above.

The club is bigger than any player or manager. I do not want him sacked BUT I and many fans do not want him to be unsackable. There is a huge difference. The club is off the top 6. We keep being told by Kenny's devotees that we are in transition. How long is transition? I say we need to keep transition to a maximum of two years. If we haven't got into top 4 within two years of his appointment then he should give the chance to someone else.

You say 'devastation KD has caused'. You meant it in a sarcastic way. Many fans I know think your phrase is too close to reality for comfort.

Yip you're allowed your opinion; never said you weren't but again while stating you don't want him sacked every other sentence drips with your belief that he is not good enough in any of the aspects of management required to succeed. I don't need to be a mind reader for that just have basic English comprehension.

You say he can have two years but are we going to have to listen to your disgusting negativity (as opposed to constructive criticism ) for the next 18 months regardless with how well he does?

I'm not listing all the reasons I believe he is the right man for this phase again: waste of my and your time as you have repeatedly dismissed them while strangely continuing to give him two years! Hence grow a set and just state what you believe; you think he isn't up to it & if that's the case why give him another year?!!

As for the players: I've seen a group of YOUNG players trying almost too hard to live up to the "Liverpool reputation" while being bayed at by supposed fans like you on every media forum being encouraged with glee by the insidious rags.

And this is the laugh; you talk about the "Kenny sect"? You are among the much more worrying "we are that historic Liverpool of yesteryear;(that you've only seen on tape )" group. Holding everybody to a standard of ability that hasn't been at the club (quite obviously) for two decades.

These players aren't good enough for LFC? What as opposed to the 100 in & out since we last won the league?

wake up: expectation of success is one thing; and a good thing: disappointment when it doesn't happen? Also good. Spitting your dummy like a child & demanding it all be made magically better so you can be happy again? Never going to happen.

The people that can make that happen are the players & manager. You seem to want them to fail so you can post another load of unrealistic tripe on an Internet board.

Take a look back again on our history: it came from us starting with nothing: slowly, painfully with a lot of hard work over three decades to collate those glorious stats: you want it again?; try adopting those principles our success was founded on; team, loyalty, faith, love and support.

Not instant microwave wins bought by us keep throwing people, PEOPLE in the garbage until I find the shiny toy I like best

And if my sense of decency comes by sacrificing quick or even any success then I'll accept my mediocre style that reminds me of the club I have supported my entire life.

    Only my opinion of course.

Don't tell me to grow a pair. It is YOU who should do that.

I can criticise all I want if I see the club I support being taken down. I do not have to ask for him to be sacked. If you wish to stick your head up your arse that's your choice. Just do not tell me what to say, right?

Get off your bloody high horse and smell the coffee. Kenny said he did not know what was wrong and how he could put things right.

Jesus you are one melodramatic sod. Club taken down?; you have a very short ****ing memory.

With no reading comprehension to boot. Nowhere did I tell you what to say or not say. You have the right to continue being a bloody negative "supporter" reveling in your misery. I'll continue to hope. In fact since you waited until the end of the match I'd have been happy if you'd come back citing the many many examples of where you might be right in that disgrace of a performance today but did you?

No; instead you whine about your rights on this thread and repeat your little "I'm not asking for KD to be sacked but......" on another. Constructive criticism mate; quality.

Neither of us will effect one iota of change on the current situation.

Do I think this is good enough, no. Am I surprised its not good enough at this stage. No again. Do I think the manager or more importantly in my opinion the players are above a savaging after today: I encourage it.

They're paid to play football & I didn't see any today.

There you go again. We were absolute **** today. Kenny said he didn't have a clue what had gone wrong at QPR. Wigan bossed us at Anfield! The players were leaderless and rudderless.

All you can do is give me stick for being negative.

  8. Why only list his managerial honours whilst managing Liverpool...?

    Blackburn Rovers (1991–1995)
    FA Premier League (1): 1994–95
Football League Second Division Play Off Winners (1): 1991–92

    Celtic (2000)
    Scottish League Cup (1): 1999–2000

Serious question, what do you think of his post match interview? Tiredness and fatigue, luck (again), and refs. Seems really poor excuses, luck brought up again ( getting really played out), and the fixture congestion..... what will happen with Europa and these games, or if we do get there, CL and these games?

That interview didn't sit well with me at all and wish he had given the players a bit of both barrells or something a bit better than those excuses.

No where near what I wanted to hear. Only feasible explanation is that he is keeping himself in the players good books because he knows he is leaving and will want a good farewell? Conspiracy alert!

To be fair to him, he only checked the Chelsea board on the site he uses. Whilst you went on a Liverpool only forum to look at threads on there to post on the banter thread. I think that was the irony of it. <ok>

    Still doesn't = irony.
And you do me a disservice, that thread from Ray on the Liverpool boards is the laughing stock of many many independent Chelsea,Man,Arsenal sites.Actually it's got a cult following all over the Prem.
