not606 F1 Prediction League 2011 * Inter-forum League

I understand how you win overall, I more mean how do we say that we've 'beaten' 606 or muzz606 people? How do you compare the results from people across forums, when different numbers of people represent each?

 

I'm sure I read somewhere that its the top two results from each forum are taken after each gp and put into a league table. If I made that up in my head I vote that

Nearly right BLS. After each race, i rank all the entrants based on how many zdkf1 points they have scored (if anyone has the same points, they will ranked on how close their pole time guess was). Interforum league points will then be awarded similar to the F1 points system (1st 25 points, 2nd 18 points, etc.), but to make it fairer on the smaller forums, only the first two entrants from each forum will score.

Worked example:
1st not606 25 points
2nd 606 18 points
3rd 606 15 points
4th cliptheapex 12 points
5th not606 10 points
6th not606 (0 points)
7th 606 (0 points)
8th cliptheapex 3 points
9th 606 (0 points)
10th muzz606 1 point

Which raises the point, which forum are they affiliated to when that forum gets shut down before the end of the F1 season? They'll join other places!

They are free to change their nickname at any point in the season and represent their new forum (their old points won't carry over to their new forum though, so it is possible that an extinct 606 forum could win).

That'd be embarrassing! I think 606 is supposed to be being wound up in around August/September time, so if they've got enough points to win by then, then we should be ashamed of ourselves!
