After Saturday we have arguably played the best teams twice and have the best of the rest to play. Waht results do you expect and where do you expect to finish. Arry said last night from his interview after the match there will be a few more twists and turns before the season ends.

    Here is my prediction

    Chelsea A - Lose
    Swansea H - Win
    Sunderland A - Draw
    Norwich H - Win
    Bolton A - Win
    QPR A - Draw
    Blackburn H - Win
    Aston Villa A - Draw
    Fulham H - Draw

I think Spurs will pick up 16 points from the remaining 27 available which would finish us on 70 points and leave us finishing 4th.

23 points from the 27 available that would probably be a 3rd place finish with 77 points

Do you think that realistic? Sunderland away will be probably the toughest away game left after Saturday!

I reckon we can squeeze another 3 points out of those games.

On the one hand Sunderland's recent results have started to wobble so we can go there feeling confident, on the other hand because we've been contriving to throw away third place in record time we shouldn't be too confident going there...

what is it? 3 wins and a draw in our last four league games? team has lost its way and as fans you expect us to get 23 points from 27? you must be having a laugh or just expect to win cause we look better on paper!

the game agaisnt Chelsea is gonna tell us were we will finish, if we lose thats it, 5th is our best hope, the morale has gone, no confidence and the players know arry is going to leave.

If we somehow manage to win, then arry can give one of his great post game talks, telling the players that all is not lost and they have just managed to get there season on track and they owe themselves and the fans a strong finish to the season.

Personally i expect us to lose but will be hoping that we can somehow just get a result!

    Chelsea A - Draw/lose -
    Swansea H - Draw
    Sunderland A - Draw
    Norwich H - Win
    Bolton A - Win
    QPR A - Draw
    Blackburn H - Win
    Aston Villa A - Win
    Fulham H - Win

Chelsea this week is massive. that's all their is to it.

Sunderland away will be tough. Martin O'Neill is doing his standard "good job", like he does everywhere he goes.
Swansea at home will also be very difficult IMO. if they play their footballing game, they could cause us a lot of problems as we're not looking the best at the back.

i think we still have to learn to win ugly at times like these

  12. We've got to be quietly confident that we'll still take 3rd, looking at the fixture lists for us, Goons and Chavs.

Any Goon that truly believes their good luck will continue and our bad luck will remain with us to the end of the season, is a twat. Mind you, that doesn't leave many Goons standing <laugh>

Expect arsenal to win 7 draw 1 and lose 1
Expect us to 4 draw 3 and lose 2
Expect Chelsea to win 6 draw 1 lose 2

That leaves gooners 3rd us 4th Chelsea 5th
    Fingers crossed of course...

We will beat Norwich Blackburn villa and Fulham
Will draw with Swansea, qpr, Bolton and losing to Sunderland and of course Chelsea.

    Swansea (H) - L <ok>

The worst thing that happened to you guys was Fabio resigning. It has messed up your season. No doubt you will regroup and fight on - but make sure it starts after April 1st!

I don't think we've given enough credit for drawing ugly last night, kept going to the end, a positive to build on for me, but one game at a time will do. Mathematically a loss on saturday still leaves us clear, but mentally another blow to get over. A draw would do us, and for now we have to forget the goons, Villa won't keep them out.

  16. The positive thing is that we are hammering sides. It's just that hardly any of our many, many attempts on goal are going in, at the moment.
