Shelvey doesn't seem too pleased.

Obviously about not being used as a sub AGAIN. I really can't see how Adam and Hendo get games ahead of Sterling and Shelvey. Unbelievable.
And to top it all off Kenny says it was down to bad luck today. My ****ing anus. We are ****.

It was down to bad luck, only problem Kenny did was dropping Carroll and having Adam starting again.

I would be pissed if i was Shelvey also, if they re called me from loan and i was playing awesome for that team but never get in the team now, why should he not be angry?

What about Maxi? He played really well with Suarez against Stoke, then he's not even on the bench today. What gives.

My only really issue with Kenny is I think he has favourites. Adam and Henderson. I think Carroll to, but then he drops him at random times.

I agree, Maxi keeps the ball, hardly ever loses it, after we conceded the first goal, take Downing off for him and calm it down, instead we have Downing go super attackive after it.

I read on here somewhere in the 9 games that Adam hasn't started this season, we've won 8 and drawn 1. If that stat is true, says it all I think.

Someone please explain to me why Liverpool football club consistently benches their two most effective players in Maxi and Kuyt.

Over the last 2 years, who has a higher goal to minute ratio than Kuyt and Maxi? It just makes no sense. Wouldn't you play the players that get you goals? I understand Maxi isn't the best footballer or whatever, but he's got a knack for scoring so who cares? You've been struggling for goals, same goes for Kuyt. Comes on in the Carling Cup, scores, yesterday? Yet he doesn't ever seem to be given a whole game.

Kenny went senile during his last retirement so he never remembers who played well in the last game. Which is why he always plays Adam.

It was something alongs the lines of: "I get knocked down and now i have to keep getting back up #Keepgoing"

Was obviously about not being picked again. I don't blame him. I would be pissed to if i was playing great on loan just to be called back to sit on the bench.

  12. Playing well for a Championship club is one thing, it is totally different playing in the Premier League. Ask Pacheco! He should knuckle down and work hard. His comments afterwards clearly show that he didn't mean disrespect by it.

Even when he played as a substitute late on in games in the PL, he looked composed and had a good passing range as well as always looking up for forward pass options. He has alot of promise, really have no idea what he has to do to get a game, even as a sub at half time, ahead of Adam.

I really don't see the harm in playing Shelvey in the last few games this season. Let's be honest, 4th has gone, and there is no difference between 6th, 7th or even 8th. I'd rather give Shelvey, Sterling, Wisdom, Coates, Robinson some more 1st team experience in games towards the end of this season and maybe lose a few more games than stick with the established played and maybe move up 1 place.

ah guyss.... at least suarroll has the sense to note that a few games i nthe championship doesn't equate to the prem in any way.... the KID has some skills but has a lot to learn and has'n tthe power IMO to drive himself in games. not sure about shelvey.

as for sterling... 17, childish and needs to develop himself in his final ball and finishing.. great positioning, great pace and skills but the end product is weak at times.

That last line sounds a lot like Downing, just 10 years younger. I don't see the harm in giving Sterling or Shelvey a chance ahead of Adam and Hendo/Downing/Carroll. It's not like they can do worse. Even if they are ****, that's no different to the players in the first team anyway.

how are you going to find out if they are good enough without playing them? Arsenal do it, and look at what they have now. Chamberlain, wilshire, ramsey are all very good and key players for years to come

chamberlain cost 10mil or more... he is henderson by another name.

ramsay was 5mil... again call it someone like shelvey i suppose who got laods of chances to play and has never look like ramsay.

whilshire is their only guy cos they bought jenkinson and gibbs.... whilshire is the obvious guy who makes it... look at all the young guys like muamba and frimpong leaving them to get a go...

arsenal do not make us look terrible, our firsts make us look bad but our trophies make them look bad.
