Also a contender A4L, have a listen to your manager making some excuses, 4 0 to Milan, bottling of massive proportions by Arsenal football team

No we're very much in the present too: What have you won this season and what do you anticipate winning by the end of the season?

no, you're not present anything, winning the Carling Cup and sitting 7th in the league is NOT SUCCESS or being present, only in the minds of deluded pool fans like you is that something to be proud off, even if you win the FA Cup (which you won't) and end up 7th, that is barely something to be proud of, at the end of the day, it's the league that says how strong you truly are, not the cups, cups are one off games, the league is an entire season, and based on the league, you guys are quite rubbish, another season of no European football for you, but hey, enjoy that carling cup, haha.

Oh, and we anticipate being above you this season, which shows we are the stronger and better team, and we anticipate being in Europe next season, and carrying our good form to build from next season.

By "you" I assume you mean me personally? As I don't take credit when Arsenal win, as I have no influence over them. So...since September...nothing actually! Got a HipHop competition on Saturday that I've got a decent chance in, and I'll get my PhD just after Christmas - so next season should be a good one.

So...unless you count the hearts of a few pretty ladies, I'm afraid I've not won anything! Have you?

If I could ask, off topic, but what's your PhD on?

Wow what a seriously lame thread, pathetic stuff. Do you think the Pool fans would rather be third in the league or Carling Cup winners?

Just look at the face of Dalglish at the post match interview, says it all really about what they think of their current position.

We (Chelsea) bottled it v United a bit but the ref did not help.

I remember Arsenal losing a lead v us, United and Liverpool in a short space of time (2008 or 9?). That was pretty bad

    1) That was LAST season.

    2) We got a point against a good top half team. You got ZERO points against a relegation scrapper.

Maybe worth merging this poor excuse for a thread with the other thread. If you noticed I avoided any posting on liverpool board last night because there was simply no need. No point kicking a man/team whilst they are down. Other posters still wummed you though. Maybe you should target your next thread at them?
