0-0 HT. A disjointed and distracted performance, with a few moments of decency in there, somewhere. King looks like he's somewhere else completely.
Stoke are not their resilient selves, this game is there for the taking IMO. Just need a goal to settle Spurs down,
Not good so far: misplaced passes, a general lack of creativity and still no closer to finding out who should take the freekicks and corners!! One decent pass from Krancjar has been his only contribution - maybe its time to be bold and give GDS a decent run out? Stoke have been timewasting since the 6th minute which doesn't help and the ref has let a few things go - how the hell didn't Palacios get booked for the foul on Saha????? It can only get better in the 2nd half (he hoped)
VDV is not making much impact anymore. He was the man to create something out of nothing, but hasn't for ages.
I decided to watch saturdays opponents for the 1st half and they've been average as have City, both sides playing not to lose it would seem. I would also say the team selection is looking to saturday aswell, with the bench consisting of Essien, Drogba, and Sturridge, with Terry out aswell I'm surprised at City. Hows his for a HT sub from Mancini, Barry on for Balotelli.
Positive start to the second half, with a lot coming down the right. It seems like Walker and Kaboul are playing down that side, though I don't think that's a conscious change.
