Yeah I had to go to the 3CR website and get it up that way. It worked but took me 5mins. However i listened from then on and did not hear it. Oh well, no biggy.

I simply worry that when we get a lead we become complacent and sit back which then means we are exposed and vulnerable. I would prefer us not to sit back, but to push on to get those 4/5 goals. We got a bit lucky tonight, the first goal was a GK error and the 2nd was a lapse of concentration. It could easily have been 0-0 or 1-0 either way.

that's the nature of the game hon...sometimes we can get more than we deserve, and sometimes we get less...but tonight was a fair result by the sound of things. However, i don't see us sitting back, i don't think we do, i think we close the match down, and shut them out..that's a completely different thing and sometimes, because of it, we can get caught on the break..

Yeah, i was happy with the result though. Any win is a good result and it means we are safe and SD has acknowledged that tonight. So it can only be good.

Also, what you have to take into consideration is that the second we score our 2nd goal Bristol City are bound to wake up, up the tempo, work a bit harder, create more chances etc etc. Regardless of the circumstances, Sean wants us to remain solid and organised, if we go ' gung ho ' as soon as we are 2-0 up and/or as soon as the opposition get a man sent off then you run the risk of being hit on the counter and generally being too open. I know we smashed Donny 4-1 with them having a man sent off, but it's not always going to be like that (especially in away games)

would actually go against that, like the idea of closing games out ,but why not do it the way forest did tonight lol, seriously footy is an entertainment industry and sometimes this season watching watford has been anything but entertaining. However after the upheavals of last summer to survive is one hell of an achievement, and to do it with a few games left is a big bonus, gives us an opportunity to give some more players a run out! blooding in for next season.

Malky would be turning in his... whatever the living equivalent of grave is... at the thought of a manager accepting the side were safe on less than 52 points.

I would happily be turning him on the spit!! What are the odds of Cov beating Cardiff, Hull, Burnley and Saints? They could get 3 points against millwall, pompey, Brizzol and a point against the rest that gives them 42 points. We are safe!

MM acknowledged that 52 points was the safety point..just as SD has done with 51 points. That doesn't mean, because we're safe, we'll take our foot off the gas and i don't believe we will.

I'm sure MM would have been happy on reaching 51 points - what we need now is 11 points from the last 8 games to finish better than last year.

We're not safe yet. If we lose all of our remaining games, and every team below us win all of theirs (when they are up against each other the lower side wins) then we drop into the relegation zone with one game to go. Just thought you'd like to know. <whistle>

Yes harrow I too think this will happen - also I will get the 6 numbers up on the lottery this week. The only problem being everybody in the country has selected the same 6 numbers so I end up winning 10p.

I think the odds are similar. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

But like i say that would require Cov to beat Cardiff(a), Hull(a), Burnley (a), Saints(a). That is never going to happen!! Hull have the meanest defence in the league atm and Saints are the top scored more than anyone else in the league. Then Doncaster have to beat Saints(a), Palace(a), Burnley(h), Leicester(a), Boro(a) and Birmingham. Peterborough have to beat Saints(a), Hull, Burnley, Palace and Derby.

It will be a cold day in hell before that all happens!! We are unlikely to loose all our matches. Granted we could loose Leeds(a), Hull, Brighton(a) and maybe Boro. But thats about it.

I wasn't being serious BHD! We have far more chance of the playoffs than of going down. In fact, I would say if we can beat Ipswich and Leeds we could get on a surge to match Blackpool 2 years ago.

I know, i just wanted to get the facts out there. I would love to see us even get within a point of the play-offs. I can then say i was disappointed lol.
