Oh dear, he said we were weak in bringing Paul Scholes out of retirement. Pot kettle black comes to mind with him because Man City are desperate for Carlos Tevez to come back into their team and before he was talking nonsense, Scholesy wanted to come back because he was missing being with the first team and it has done him the world of good, since his return we've won 8 and drawn 1 with him in the team, so he must be doing something right. Thoughts ?
Viera will end up regretting those words no doubt. But to continue the theme started by RHC in going off topic, KD to be sacked!
Vieira always was a bit too gobby for his own good. Still have fond memories of him squaring up to Nev in the Highbury tunnel, getting slapped down by Keano and then going completely missing on the pitch and us winning 4-2. Here's hoping his big mouth gets his club another home humiliation
Vieira is only saying what some so called fans are saying Think about who we had available at the beginning of the season who either play or can do the job in MF or were potential Carrick, cleverley, Anderson, Fletcher, Giggs, Gibson, Jones, Park, Oshea, Fabio, Young, Pogba and Morrison now tick the injured lot from that
I'll see you outside!! Classic!!
Interesting that he has decided to make these comments when the pressure is really getting to City in the title race. I wonder what Viera's views are on Tevez? I hope we win the title so we can shut this guy up.
O'Shea had left and it is pushing the limits of credibilty to say Park and Fabio can do a job at CM, even though they have been picked there. Their performances in that position proved beyond doubt that they can not do a job there. So, the first four, and probable first choices, have indeed been injured and bringing Scholes back has worked but he isn't the future and we definitely need some reinforcements there. Replacements for Giggs and Scholes to be precise, although a DM wouldn't go amiss if truth be told.
In all honesty I try not to bring it up.I remember him saying that one day City would come to United and turn us over..We all know how that ended up
Reid ,Kinkladze & Rosler are some Man City players I've had a soft spot for, maybe not legends but cult heroes without a shadow of a doubt.
