Would anyone be interested if I began to do Match Threads?

Began to use this more and more and realised noone has took charge of a match thread. Contemplating doing one myself,however don't want to do one if noone is interested.

 

It'd be great if we could get a regular match thread going like we see on other boards.

 

I thought we had match threads usually started by iqbal?

 

They don't seem to really get going (no offence to iqbal) I was hoping to get it really going with banter from both teams.

 

?? They do, well apart from when cross thread posting was stopped recently. Did you not check out the Hull and Southampton ones?

I used to try to get in there before Iqbal but eventually gave up because his ones were better than mine, recently they havn't got going but I put full blame on Iqbal . Go for it, doesnt hurt having people doing match threads

I normally just knock something up in five minutes when I'm bored. Made a couple of good 'uns once for the game against Reading and another one, but can't be arsed to produce that kind of quality week in, week out. I'm like Adam Clayton in that respect.

Please do take over, EFE, we could do with someone doing good match threads regularly!

Wall game will definitely be an interesting one. Hopefully multi-board threads will have returned by then.

 

Haha,Its a shame Browney isn't a few years younger. I'll get it started this weekend against the southern fairies, hopefully get a few people in and commenting.

 

Your in luck mate. The cross board posting of threads is disabled at the moment but the Wall boys spend more time on our board than there own so it shouldnt have any real impact

 

A good idea Enoch. You can look at the Watford threads for some inspiration if you wish. Bristol City have one as well but they are not many in number. Norwich had one for a while and Swansea City had a good one when the BBC was still going. You will find so many of the supporters have moved to unique club forums there may not be much interest, West Ham for example. Or interest you do not want, some of the Millwall fans can be a bit childlike.

 

Not sure it's the sheep that need to worry. Just looked at his blog and he's suggesting Swansea run out to I will survive!!
