As I said on another strand I don't see the problem. Option 1: we get relegated, the contracts have no relegation clause and we cannot sell Woeful as some of the new players have been they will surely storm the Championship should we go down and they be forced to stay on. Option 2: we get relegated, the contracts have no relegation clause but we can sell at least some of the players The immediate financial problem is reduced and the owners can build for the Championship Option 3: we get relegated but the contracts have a relegation clause As above. Option 4: we don't get relegated As long as we get get shot of JB the future is bright. The meltdown option is we get relegated, the contracts have no relegation clause, we cannot sell AND we do not bounce back at the first attempt.
TBH I am looking forward to what ever happens as long as we win some games, I can't go on like this been to 10 ganes this season a seen us pick up a total of 2 points and a replay. I did say at begining of the so called easy fixtures I would not go again till we started winning but that aint happen either so sod it I'm going tomorrow and I don't care how we play what formation anythinbg you could stick jude the ****ing cat in goal and I would still would not care as long as we win.
Ultimately it comes down to whether Fernandes (and the consortium behind him) and Bhatia are prepared to take the hit for their mistake. This only becomes a problem if they decide to cut their losses and run. It is not like some other clubs where the owners actually don't have two pennies to rub together and cannot continue to fund the club whilst rebuilding (like Whyte at Rangers). Everything hangs on the integrity of Fernandes and Bhatia.
Credit where credit is due SB. Ireland were ****e and that's the end of it. I did say early on in the 6 Nations that the new England team would gel.....how right I was. :-/ Regarding stocking up on the good luck for Wednesday.......Cork were beaten by Kerry this weekend.....Cork City snapped defeat from the jaws of victory against table toppers Shamrock Rovers in the 94th minute! So, yes, CORKeR will have loads of luck due, and will be bringing it with me on Weds night....can't say the same for Ciarrai as I think he's used his lot up!
You make your own luck in this life, you should know that CORKeR. We will have to sort it out over a pre-match pint Wednesday.
Got it now..........................you are whistling in the dark. Frank you are absolutely fascinating me.....I am close to becoming your stalker
