St Mirin (sic) vs Shart of Midpoofian We play the winners of this in the semi-final at The NoHuns Stadium. Do you have a preference for who wins this? I have to be totally honest and say that either team will provide a proper test - I know plenty Buddies and they seem to think that their name's on the cup this year. The Saints have plenty of creative players who would benefit from the big pitch at Hampden - we beat them 5-0 at Parkhead but, on their day, they can take pretty much anyone - McLean in midfield is a great player and the likes of McGowan, Carey, Teale (occasionally) et al could easily create plenty of chances and Hasselbaink and Thomson (snr) are starting to click up front. Hearts are Hearts. They could have the worst team in history and they would still give us a game just because they're a shower of ****s. Beattie changed the original Cup game vs St Mirren and was the difference in the Edinburgh derby at the weekend. Black's been playing well recently and everyone knows about their wingers. Thing is; no matter who wins this replay, we'll have a game on our hands in the semi. I think I would actually prefer to play Hearts as their style of play would suit us better - I suspect Lennon would pick an identical team to play either team but I'd prefer Ki on instead of Wanyama at Hampden - Ki is the type of player a big pitch was made for Onwards and upwards
No huns hampden? please log in to view this image I'm sure they'll be 1 or 2 PS why complain to the 4th official. What's he supposed to do? Over rule it?
Hampden: (pr. noun) - Home of Scottish football situated on South Side of Glasgow, stadium bereft of Huns ex1. "Did you see Hampden on Sunday? There was a positive lack of Huns there." ex2. "Hampden? I've never heard of it cos I'm a Hun."
Trevor and T. really very sick and evil but I suppose that is all we can expect from the like of you until you disappear.
Sharts it is then. Probably gonna be a nasty old game. I bought the Paisley Daily Express this morning - they're proper beeling about the goal getting chopped off
