He's still homosexual, he just chooses not to act on it due to social concerns.

Yes. He'd just be in the closet and have an unfortunate wife.
If you were to take the decision to become abstinent, for some reason, you'd still be heterosexual, wouldn't you?

Are murderers, child molesters, etc. permitted a standard Islamic burial, then?
Seems a bit odd to single out suicide.

I wonder how many gay men have been married before coming out? I'd barter on a few without having any statistics. More who have been in relationships with women before coming out.

Society pushes them to heterosexuality so its the normal course of action. I don't see how you can argue they are not homosexual until they actually sleep with a man. I'd argue they were homosexual all along, it was sleeping with a man who confirmed it for them.

I dont see it that way. Its like a married bloke who sees a fit burd but doesnt act upon his desires/whims. That isnt adultry

You do reach some funny conclusions. I mentioned 2 scenarios where there is NO standard funeral. The word burial is not right here
    There are others too.

If they 'come out' then they are homosexual

Put simply its not adultry untill you **** your neighbour

But that is different in that the married bloke could be sexually attracted to both his wife and the fit burd. A gay guy couldnt possibly be attracted to both ... unless we are talking bi-sexual, which is a different argument.

Adultery normally requires somebody to act upon their desires, though some religions do class merely thinking about it as a sin, rather ludicrously.
Your version of things requires somebody to commit a sexual act in order to define their own sexuality, which I don't agree with.

The two scenarios which you mentioned involved one situation which has obvious connections with suicide or at least intentional death (martyrdom) and one in which a child has died before even being born.
There was no mention of which sins interfered with receiving a normal funeral.
Are murderers allowed one, for example?

Disagreeing with homosexuality might not necessarily be homophobic, but thinking gay people should be condemned to hell definitely is.
