Fulham COYW - Well done Fulham COYW. You didn't roll out the "we had a bad day at the office" line as others, including Jol reeled off. But chapel singing !! lol
For one team to play very well the other, usually, as to play very poorly, as otherwise they would cancel eachother out you idiot.
Doesn't really make a lot of sense. How can one team be 'superior' to the other without the other team playing poorly?
Swansea really played well and deserved the win. Not many teams come to the cottage and turn us over like that. Good team display from the Swans.
Shame about the result (and the rain as we were coming out of Putney station!) but it was genuinely a good day. Great ground & great fans. Thanks Fulhamish1977 & Fulham COYW for recommending the burger stand - well worth the money!
From one of your own fans, in this very thread. Not sure you're winning many friends on this board by demanding humility whilst being so arrogant. None of us are taking anything away from Swansea, IMO, berating your own team after a loss is (certainly on this board) nothing out of the ordinary.
Not sure who it was we played but I'm sure it wasn't Fulham . I'll be keeping an eye on the next few Fulham games as I feel a "Vendetta " will be on the cards for whoever it is they play .
Thanks Crackerjack, although next up it's a trip to Old Trafford a week today so I'm not too optimistic. Then again, there's never a dull moment with Jol around so we'll probably go there and win and then get turned over by Norwich the following week!
We don't care who we play 77 , & neither should Fulham . 2 - 1 Fulham sounds about right . Lets let us decide who wins the league , we got Manchester United away also .
Great game! I sort of agree with Cracker although it's hard to say whether Fulham looked so poor because we were so good or whether it was down to management and we took advantage of that, who knows. But Judging by how Fulham have done apart from Saturday I can see Fulham finishing strongly. Out of interest how is Simon Davies doing at the moment (he's my girlfriends cousin)? I haven't seen him start for some time. Best of luck to Fulham for the rest of the season!
To be fair Bidley, Stockers hasn't had that many games since! He was also mightily impressive when Schwarzer was out earlier this season, the game against Chelsea in particular. If Duff had made two glaring errors to concede two goals in the past two games I would be calling for him to be dropped and Ruiz to come in. This isn't favoritism.
Bidley - "Not sure you're winning many friends on this board by demanding humility whilst being so arrogant." Perhaps, you should have looked at Bandits comments on another thread before passing judgement. Anyway, onwards and upwards. Enjoy your trip to OT.
