Hamilton looking really fed up at the end - it was his problem at the first corner - then Safety Car etc.

**** happens...... he's got a seat in a car that gives him the best ride in 3 years at least!
    Lighten up Lewis,.

Who else but Pastor? The possibility to score more points in one race than his team scored the previous season ended in a wall is, well, poor to say the least. I like his aggressiveness, his girlfriend looks really cute too.

    One Maldonado

    There's only one Maldonado

    One Maldonado

    There's only one Maldonado.

I do feel sorry for him - it would have been some thing to celebrate and everyone makes mistakes. There are mistakes, however, and there are whacking great howlers. His was the latter.

Massa's issues are more serious than being clown for a day.

Pastor, solely because Massa's weekend isn't really a "moment".

Maybe Maldonado needed to see a Pastor after that error. Some words of godly wisdom wuld be needed! At least he no longer has to incurr the wrath of Patrick Head!

Has to be Maldonado. Firstly you've got the "whacking great howler" as Genji describes it, but I'd also like to mention him ruining Grosjean's race unnecessarily.

    Watch from 15:47 here:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01dplqb/Formula_1_2012_The_Australian_Grand_Prix_Highlights/

Look at the build-up to the incident. Maldonado had made the pass fair and square, he was entitled to hold the line, and to take a wide line if he was carrying too much speed. But no, what he did was actively turn left into Grosjean.

Maldonado. Drives brilliantly for 57 laps, then messes up the best Williams performance for years in one moment.

Massa drove the whole weekend as if he was a custard pie waiting to happen.
    I t
herefore find it impossible to award it to anyone else. If this requires a particular splat moment, his crashing into Senna will do as well as any.

And now, having dealt with Ferrari's embarrassment (which they should remove as soon as possible), I have to concur with others about Maldonado who really needed to see the bigger picture at that stage.

Maldo should have settled for sixth but he probably couldn't believe he was in that position and anyway, as you probably know, we only learn the hard way.

I think he just lacks brainpower. He doesn't come across as the most intelligent person.

He's not comfortable in English; how would you come across in Spanish?

He's just not media savvy either, kept looking at the camera. I wouldn't damn him for that.

The above are all top of my list, worth a mention is Jean-Eric Verne for losing P10 and his first ever F1 drivers point to Di-Resta less than 200 meters from the finish line.
