I have to say mate, been keeping a keen eye on Tiote since before Christmas, and I don't see it. A good player, very good, but the hype you guys have built around him baffles me. On the plus side, your hype bags the club £25million for a £10million player, and you can all ask Mike for a cut!
you are one of the best mags on here a true gent, who like the odd wum and a bit of banter, like you a lot.
Tiote is a great player but the hype surrounding him has always been tongue in cheek. A lot of us have been frustrated with him at times this season but don't take the "Tiote can cut scissors with his hands" stuff too seriously. Just look the guy in the eyes and tell me you don't feel the fear! I'm sure I'll get the 'no he's a softie he dived against us blabla' from you but he actually is a ****ing hard man who just made a meal out of something although I still stand by my claim that an elbow in the throat can be painful.
Some people dont like what I have to say. If i got an angry response its generally because the point i put across was a valid one and the respondent was reduced to a **** off response. In this case i had merely made clear my opinion that Man U were lucky to get a penalty in their first match vs Bilbao
Na, i'm not making reference to that marra. I think he's a very good player, as I said, but having once again seen Fellaini yesterday, he is head and shoulders above Tiote. I will say that I think Fellaini is the best in the league in that role by a distance mind, since Essien hit trouble. I'd pay £30 million for Fellaini, I think somebody will this summer, or try at least.
Fellaini has been excellent for Everton. Was unsure whether he'd be able to make the step up from Belgian football but he really hit the ground running. And he's got great hair!
it can but not when it his the belly, and then dive like a tart clutching your face, hard as diarrhoeal.
I think his hair is class. Wouldn't rock it myself mind.... Some talent coming out of Belgium, obviously Hazard is the man, but Fellaini, Witzel, Defour, Kompany, Vermaelen, Vertonghen, MIGNOLET and Lukaku. Decent by anyone's standards, team to watch.
Bit like England to be fair. Lots of talent left and right but play them all together for the national team and they're destined to fail. Vertonghen is on his way to Arsenal , great defender and if you think Vermaelen's got a great left foot just wait till you see Vertonghen's...
Seen Vertonghen a fair few times for Ajax, looks very ****ing decent. We were linked, but he will end up with Vermaelen. There's another canny Belgian at Ajax Auderwield (spelling?), but he's not got the finesse of the others. Hazrads younger bro Thorgan is at Lens, i'd not be against a quick bid on the off chance he's even half of Eden!
