Admits he was aware of and recieved EBT's but denies he had any role drafting contracts at rangers, fair enough. However this doesn't explain why when he joined the SFA he didn't hold an investigation into rangers still using EBT's.

He should be sacked or resign as he has admitted he turned a blind eye to this, and knew players were recieving payments which were not part of the contracts held at the SFA.

Possibly the stupidest post of the week.

When did Ogilivie join the SFA? When did HMRC make it known that they were unhappy with the way that companies were using EBTs?

As much as i'd like to agree I have to say that at present EBTs are not the issue, it's any second contracts he may have known about, and as yet it has not been proven that there were second contracts or that he knew about them.

If it turns out there were players with 2 contracts then Ogilvie's position at the SFA is untenable.

What has HMRC got to do with it? The question is not whether EBT's are legal its that rangers were making payments to players outwith their contract and in violation of SFA rules.

We need UEFA to conduct an investigation as it wouldn't be proper for the SFA/SPL to investigate itself.
