odd dog strangely not this year. A good few hit the bar. Hoping for either Kumbeshawar (14/1) or Astracad (10/1) in the lucky last
Btw I take back what I said about rubys ride earlier. What a horseman pulling up kauto with 14 left to jump. Silly decision to run him after the schooling fall
That was quite simply amazing, better than Emmet Mullins on Sir Des Champs last year, a simply stunning ride !!!!!!!!!!!!!
what price do you think you could have got on king not having a winner at the festival at 1pm on tuesday??
Excellent ride by Carberry but sometimes I think he needs the race to suit him- I'd love to see him ride one from the front one day. About time he landed one for me in the Telegraph competition haha.
"Go To Gaol" ................a big well-done to all the winners! .................I'm off till, erm, I dunno............... please log in to view this image
RV what a way to sign off you said the jockey complemented the horse well done. All the best don't be a stranger take care kiddo
Great to see Nicky Henderson win the Grand Annual, a race named after his father. He had 5 in the race so had to win it really!
What a difference a day makes, hardly had a sniff today but my day was saved by my ante post winner on SALSIFY in the foxhunters. Thank God he outstayed Chapo or I would have looked really daft! Has Barbers Shop finished yet? Had a nice touch at Fakenham but sadly could not get on here today to share the info. I do hear that Charlie Mann's horse is strongly fancied for the Midlands Grand National at Uttoxeter tomorrow MARINGO BAY 10-1. It's been a brilliant festival but tinged with sadness over the ones we lost(too many) and the sad last sight I feel of my hero pulling up. Happy retirement old boy you have given us all so much enjoyment.
Didn't win a brass farthing today but still think it was a great day's racing. Congratulations to Ruby for knowing when to pull the plug - it really wasn't worth carrying on - and well done to AP for a super ride. Delighted to see jonjo in the winners enclosure for that race!
Well done with that last winner RV and Oddy. Reebok had £100 at 20s in the comp. So well done Reebok also.
Gutted stick, you did me on the last race in the Telegraph comp, would I have won if Geraghty had held on for the win? Anyway, well done mate, a great effort
