Agreed. Whilst these owners (and this manager) are here, I'm confident that good times are around the cornner.
I would like to thank them for the family days they put on last summer, more of the same, my kids loved it, this would bring in more kids, future fans! if they could carry it on this year that would be great.
All Hail Assem Allam for rescuing Hull City from going bust .. Paid off our debts of close to £50 million. Bank rolling the club and handing more cash over if / when Nicky Barmby wants it ..Mr Allam has also handed big money over to Hull University , Castle Hill Hospital , Hull KR rugby team , and to many other charities . .
Scarborough Can't knock that - people who moan about foreign owners are more than often wide of the mark - we at Leicester for most of my supporting days have had Chairmen that liked to 'sit at the top table' but rarely risked anything of their own - the Shipman's, Martin George etc - the 'what might have been' had we had Top during the Martin O'Neil years will always be bittersweet to Leicester fans - perhaps then we would not have had to sell Heskey and Lennon but instead strengthened around them and Martin O'Neil might have been more enamoured of a regular European possibility in the Prem rather than the lure of the guaranteed 2 horse race in Scotland .... if wishes were fishes ... Prehistoric Bob would be wishing for a fish with tits ... but that's another story...
