Radio Blunderside have just said that the Ginja Ninja is NOT allowed to play for Palace against us. Drat.
Indeed. Wish they would make there minds up one way or another on the radio. Anyway i am still of the mind that this latest news actually strengthens Crystal Palace.
I'm pretty relieved Macca isn't playing. On his day he can be a strong defender and he would have a lot to prove against us. In the pre-season game against Liverpool he played at CB and it was debatable whether he or Chester was MOM.
I must have been watching a different game to you. I thought he was awful against Liverpool. His positional sense was non-existent, his passing was pretty woeful, and he lost his man on many occasions. I know he made that good tackle on N'Gog but if Macca hadn't been ball watching, getting on the wrong side of N'Gog and completely losing him he wouldn't have had to make that tackle at all.
What he lacks in pace, positional sense and basic ability he tries to make up for with sheer guts and aggression. This usually fails dismally but as I said on his day he can be effective and to be fair most people thought he had a good game against Liverpool.
I fully appreciate that he gives 100% every game he plays in. I just think that unfortunately his lack of ability constantly shines through. I know most people disagree with me re the Liverpool game. You're all wrong
Dont expect much from City if any. Zaha suspended for Palace. Doubts on Clyne and Gardner for Palace. The big news so far is the pre-match entertainment for early arrivals. Live on Pitch performance of one Andy Abraham who was runner-up on X-Factor 2005. Deep joys. Think a 2.50pm arrival is the order of the day for me.
It's a **** place to get to and now when you arrive you get some **** X Factor contestant? I'm not quite so bothered that this is one of the two games left this season that I'm not going to now.
That thought had crossed my mind but i will pack a pair of ear plugs just in case. Apparantly Andy Abraham's mate is a Palace fan.
