You are allowed use your arms to hold off defenders. If I have the ball or am near the ball, I can hold you off with my arm. The defender never had the ball so it can't be a foul his way.

i played plenty of football in my time as a full back,there is no law that say's you can hold off a player with your hands,that is foul play,i've also refereed so i know the law's,as for the point's you still won't finish above us thank you,as for the insult's, classless
