Indeed. But maybe NB could go with a back 3 in a 3 - 5 - 2 formation. It adds to the competition and everyone needs pressure on them. Just look how well Andy Dawson is having to play just to keep Joe Dudgeon on the bench. The one big problem and only problem with Hobbs and Chester is that they have no equals at the club or anyone close to taking there places. As a FREE transfer Gerrard ticks all the boxes.
