OT - Cheltenham Tips and Chat.

Any one have any tips or general punts? I am using Paddy Power as they have some very good money back specials, particularly on today's 14.05.

 

Hurricane fly and quevega are bankers. zaidpour e/w in the champion hurdle at 40/1 as well

 

If you go to BetFred you can get a 4-1 treble on hurricane fly, quevega and sprinter sacre

 

Hope you didnt have any money on Hurricane Fly! I did

 

The Champion Hurdle summed up my issue with racing, Hurricane Fly/Binocular should have won that race on all given form, glad I only bet loose change on racing nowadays

 

One of the stable boys has won £1M on a 5 horse accumulater. He probably had longer odds than that.

 

Unfortunately i did have money on hurricane fly however big bucks has made up for that today The champion chase was an absolute farce as well, convinced sizing europe would have won had they jumped the last fence!

 

I had the two in second and third that race, am tempted to have a dabble on Kauto Star tomorrow if its still running seeing as the stable have fired that one in today, will be good value

 

My Flora is a supposed 'dead cert' at 9/1. My first (and probably last) horse racing bet.

 

Just going to say the same. I don't agree with horse racing...As for betting? A fool and his money are easily parted!

 

A tenner says it isn't...

Sssh, I'm just trying to part two fools from their money before I do a runner to Brazil.

 

Just had 25/1 winner (Alderwood) happy days, hope this bodes well for Diamond Harry in the Gold Cup (20/1) and Kauto Star (4/1)

 

Nice one Nick. Can get 9/2 for kauto tho!! I've done Weird Al, my daughters picked it. She cant be any worse than my selections over the last 3 days.

On the theme of cruelty to horses it was nice to see Ruby Walsh pull Kauto up as he wasn't right, dont think Weird Al placed was a funny race in the end.
