Well done, thats a lot of work!!! I used to hate getting the prom suit, i had a formal in yr 10 and prom in yr 11, and a summer ball in yrs 12&13. Each year i changed size and it was a bugger to get.

I take it Master H liked leeds uni then.

The dress will be surprisingly easy i bet you. Once she knows what style she wants then it narrows everything massively, then get her to choose from 2/3 colours. That way she has a narrow choice rather than 1,000,000 choices lol.

ah, but that's part of the problem, she knows exactly what she wants...so it'll be impossible to find!

The solution adopted to cross thread posts seems to me a bit blunt - and actually could harm not606.

Why not set up a few volunteer Mods - perhaps one for each division so that each club DOES have a Mod - the only role played by these Mods would be to deal with this specific problem - not to act as a "normal" club Mod

I get the idea Leo and its a good one, but i dont think there would be enough people willing to do it :(. I think Mick is looking into a way of removing GC from the function and allowing current Mods to remove the offending thread whether they are the first board or not. These would be the best thing as it gives the function to those who want it, but the ability to remove it for those who dont. But as Mick is "up to his eyeballs" in work and the office have blocked the site he is only able to work in his free time which he has little of lately. But i will keep you updated.

Morning all - great night at the sponsors. I am more & more impressed by SD as each day passes, it was very clear that he has a group of very decent, hard working young men who are totally committed to him and the club. MM was always very good at these types of functions, but SD is just as good - warm, open friendly, happy to have a laugh & joke with the players and supporters. Nyron is a terrific fella, really friendly and very funny...

Funniest part of the night was the auctioning of a signed 'keepers shirt - signed by Linton, Jennings, Foster, Sherwood, Loach. It was finally brought by Troy Deeney for a large sum...

Little Miss W_Y was impressed with Scott Loach. A month or so she was at the training ground filming her final piece of work (more on that in the coming weeks) and she interviewed Scott and Lloyd - Scott remembered and asked her how it was going and how was she doing in Uni - Lloyd told her she must have 100's of signed shirts, well she has a lot, but not 100's....

BB - I suppose that it could be pointed out that until you have a few native Australians playing, you will be stacked 100% by foreigners.

What are the odds on him announcing his retirement from international cricket after the Asia Cup has finished?

hello all! Well, that was worth working on my day off for. Another first time pass, that's two this week..yay...and a little breathing space in the diary until next month (unless the phone rings, and then i've got problems! lol).

Thanks for the caramel latte Ak, sorry i haven't had time to thank you at all this week, but each one has been appreciated.

Right, off to watch Top Gear with my Top son, and then more hebrew revision for next week, how did that come up so quickly!?

I'll be keeping an eye out here too..i can't resist your charms ;)

Now now :) I shouldn't really have to point out that the current team are all native born Aussies - nor that there have indeed been a quite a few indigenous Australians play over the years.

Would just love to hear Derek Payne commentating in a match against this team:
    Unaarrimin
    Bullchanach
    Ballrinjarrimin
    Jungunjinanuke
    Zellanach
    Bripumyarrimin
    Brimbunyah
    Murrumgunarriman
    Pripumuarraman
    Grougarrong
    Boninbarngeet

Afternoon peeps. What a day that was. Up at 7:00 and out by 7:25 which meant i was in uni by 8:30 which is the earliest this year!!. Then i got told that the tutorial was re-arranged and in a new room, but then i got to the other end of campus on the 4th floor to the room only to find out the tutor was absent. So i then sat chatting to someone in the class i had never met before, she was nice. Then i got mums mothers day stuff. Then i came home and went to ref for my brother. That was an ordeal lol, they were all picking up the ball which lead to penalties, then two players dived on the ball and slid over the goal line, so i had to get them to stop where they were and see if the ball was across the line. It was great fun!!!
