    Make sure you get the paste. Use a chopstick & NOT a teaspoon. It's safer!!!

    Dab the fish/meat into it as to putting the wasabi on it.

    Get a ramakin and some soy sauce, mix the Wasabi in with that and dip the sushi in with the soy + Wasabi. Best way to eat it!

    Billy mate, get one of those cheapo 1.99 Sushi deal things out of Asda, they have a satchet of wasabi in them, great when you come back from the boozer with the munchies and the kebab vans are all shut.
