The fixture list for the rest of the season is as follows and I have posted in bold next to them whether I think it'll be a win, draw or defeat.

    March

    Millwall (A) WIN
    Hull (A) LOSS
    Doncaster (H) WIN
    Blackpool (A) DRAW

    -----

    April

    Portsmouth (H) WIN
    Crystal Palace (A) DRAW
    Reading (H) DRAW
    Peterborough (A) WIN
    Middlesborough (A) WIN
    Coventry (H) WIN

These results bring a total of 21 points out of a possible 30!

Meaning we would finish on 90 points!

    Enough for promotion?

    What is everyone's thoughts/opinions?

If we can win our home games and draw our away games then i think that will be enough.

The aim should be on winning each match one at a time. Right now 100% of the focus and preparation is on Millwall away. Once that game's over and done with we move on to Hull away. And so on and so forth. No point looking to the future. Right at this very moment in time, there is nothing more important than the trip to Millwall.

We are going up if we don't finish top 2 then we would have to have a run like we did end of last year/start of this year.

I wouldn't be so confident on a lot of those away wins we hardly have a good record away from home.

average 2 points a game, roughly how we have done all season(including the blip) will be enough

That's a myth! our away form USED to be dodgy! we've only lost one league game away from home this year! won the last 2,unbeaten in our last 5 away in the league with 3 clean sheets in those 5,also conceding only 2 goals in those games.Think the belief that our away form is gash is a long way off now!

And that was when we "scored" a goal - cue goal line technology debate! and had Lambert sent off

Yes very true! funnily enough the first half at Brighton has probably been our best away performance this year! funny how footy works!

Saints have a reasonable away record - the impression that it looks feeble is the comparison with our rivals who have won nine as opposed to our six. If we can get win six and draw at least 2 of our remaining fixtures it should be enough. A win at Palace on Easter Monday would set us up nicely for the following Friday!

I am confident about Hull away, probably because I am going; hope I am right :)!

Hull should be our hardest game. I've supported Saints long enough to predict a win at Millwall and Hull and we lose 3-0 at home to Coventry!!

Remember that we only have to match the teams below and we'll win the title. Setting a points target could be misleading.
