Dimitar Berbatov could leave Manchester United at the end of the season, according to manager SAF. SAF said: 'It is difficult for me to guarantee that (first team football) so it could lead to him looking elsewhere.'

Dimitar Berbatov's contract is due to expire in the summer but, rather than let the striker leave for nothing at the end of the season, United will trigger a one-way clause to extend the deal for a further year. That would mean the club would get a fee for the player. SAF said: 'We will be taking up the option on his contract but, having had chats with him, I understand he wants to get first-team football.'

Question is where will he go? Also do we look for a new CF in the summer given the injuries Wellbeck and Hernandez have sustained this season? If so, who?

I think he could end up back in Germany like it was rumoured last season.

Either that or that Russian club might fancy having him for 30 million <whistle>

I like the man but he does slow down are game and if he wants to leave then i don't think we will miss him at all. Maybe someone can trick psg into thinking hes only 23. I mean kanu is only 29 right?

Probably PSG, Anzhi or Malaga. Some club that has more money than it has the ability to attract up and coming stars.

That also makes Liverpool a likely option...

Probably PSG to await the arrival of Suarez.
