That's an easy one. The manager is the one who picks the team, decides what players to sign, decides the tactics, and does most of the talking at the press conferences. Oh hang on.....
Chelsea players have way too much influence at the club. The likes of Terry, Lampard, Drogba, etc should be ashamed of the way they treated AVB and forced him out of the club. Can you imagine any United players questioning and undermining Fergie's authority?
Terry's press conference was demeaning for RDM. Terry was speaking as a manager and was 100 times more 'visible' than Di Matteo. The question is: are the players willing to play for Terry?
being Chelsea manager is just like being the spokesperson, does all the public stuff but makes no real decisions.
Big talk. Maybe if your boys weren't so full of their own importance you wouldn't be lower than when Roman began his billion pound investment. You have seen the league table in the last 18 months, right?
Well let's see, tried Mourinho, tried Ancelotti, no chance of getting SAF or Guardiola.....Rafa and Rijkaard are the only recent CL winning managers Roman hasn't chased after yet...
I think it conflicts with the shagging season - ( I think a former team mate said it ) - I'm sure JT would disagree - shagging season is anytime.
Hmm, Capello is out of a job No buy-in fee Track record of club success Gets on with JT Point to prove
Chelsea interim manager John Terry praised his "incredible" players after they beat Napoli 4-1 to reach the last eight of the Champions League. JT said: "Some of the players couldn't run at the end because they had cramp but they just kept fighting, we proved we're a team. That desire, that togetherness. We showed what Chelsea are made of."
