Live Streams For Mac

Evening all

Does anyone know of any live streaming sites that work with Macs? Most only support PCs.
Any advice welcome

first row sports works on MAC, I have one and its worked for the couple ive watched, its the links which are dodgy

Not sure mate but try wiziwig. I get excellent streams from there especially on sopcast. Not sure about working with a mac though.

 

The Mac's the problem Billy - it's my first one, so I'm fairly clueless!

 

Most of the links work I believe

Things that say stuff doesnt work on Macs in normally incorrect or they just havent looked into it properly

 

I know you can run them through Windows, but would prefer to avoid that route if possible

Flashsports seem to have an XDBC plugin now that I think is for macs, bangs on about apple tv anyway

 

What about iPad anyone? WIll these links above work on miy iPad 2 with IOS 5.1?
I have heard of an app called "The Football App" which streams some games directly to iPad but not sure - the flash player is the problem with Apple as they won't support it

 

i always use VIPSTND or VIPBOX with my mac mate and they always work

 

ignore the adverts for the pluggins and just close them down.

 

Thanks Carsey, I'll take a look at it. It's been hard to find someone with a Mac who actually managed to stream anything!
